Orders placed with Standard Shipping will be shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail and should be received within 1-3 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order.

Currently, Inner Beauty Cosmetics does not ship internationally. We apologize to our friends outside of the United States! However, please keep checking back here or on Instagram for any new updates regarding international shipping.

We accept orders at anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed at www.innerbeautycosmetics.com will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated at time of ordering. All orders placed on Saturdays, Sunday or Holidays will be processed on the next business day. You can expect to receive your order 5-7 business days after it ships (though we always hope it arrives sooner!).

We want you to love our clean beauty products as much as we do. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, let us know and we will be happy to assist you with an exchange or return. Email us at help@innerbeautycosmetics.com or call us at 302.241.2144 within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will only be able to offer a refund on unused items. Exchanges for gently used will be available upon sole discretion of the Company. All returns must include the Return Authorization (“RA”) number included with the returned items. Once the return is processed, we will credit your original form of payment, not including original shipping costs. Please note, that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account. Safe Cosmetics, LLC d/b/a Inner Beauty Cosmetics reserves the right to limit per customer returns on gently used items.

We created Inner Beauty Cosmetics because we needed safe beauty products for our own sensitive bodies. All ingredients in Inner Beauty clean beauty products are vetted by a team of chemists and toxicologists to ensure they meet exacting safety standards for sensitive bodies.We check every ingredient to ensure that our formulas are free from all types of gluten: wheat, rye, barley or crossbreeds of these grains. We also formulate our clean beauty products without common food allergens gluten, peanuts and tree nuts. And, since many sensitive bodies are sensitive to artificial fragrance, all Inner Beauty products are free from "F" words: synthetic fragrance and flavor. Our product scents are from real ingredients like lemon, orange oil and vanilla.

While all Inner Beauty products are cruelty-free and rely on beneficial safe and natural botanicals to enhance their performance, some of our products contain the moisturizer beeswax, and are not vegan.

All Inner Beauty formulas are tested by humans with sensitive skin. We love animals, and will never test our products or ingredients on them.

Yes! We check every ingredient to ensure that our clean beauty formulas are free from all types of gluten: wheat, rye, barley or crossbreeds of these grains.

All Inner Beauty products are free from ingredients that cause harm. While we have over 21 pages of ingredients we’ll never use in our clean beauty products, here are some of the most important ones we don't ever use:

Parabens, Phthalates, known Carcinogens, Endocrine Disruptors, Developmental and Reproductive Toxins, Ethoxylated ingredients, Polyethylene Glycols (PEGs): 1,4-dioxane, Ethylene Oxide, Ethylene Glycol; Sulfates: Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLS) and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLES); Ethanolamines: MEA, DEA, TEA; Formaldehyde and Formaldehyde releasers: DMDM Hydantoin, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Diazolidinyl Urea; EDTA’s, Ethylene Glycol and it’s derivatives; BHA, BHT, Nanoparticles.

We have formulated our clean beauty products with the utmost care to ensure they are safe for sensitive skin. But while most people with sensitive skin do well with Inner Beauty products, we always recommend doing a “patch test” before using on your face  to ensure you don’t have a reaction.

As with everything related to pregnancy, we strongly recommend speaking to your doctor  before using any new products. However, Inner Beauty Cosmetics has worked with a team of doctors and chemists to develop our formulas for sensitive bodies—women who are pregnant, trying to conceive, or nursing; those with autoimmune disease or cancer, and cancer survivors. Each Inner Beauty formula has been created with only ingredients that are safe enough for even the most sensitive skin to use—and absorb.
